Martyr General Qassem Soleimani ultimate goal was establishment of Islamic civilization founded on unity of Muslims

Sheikh Abdullah al-Daqaq, representative of the Shia leadership of Bahrain, underscored the unparalleled stature of Martyr Soleimani. He stated that Soleimani served as the connecting link between three essential pillars: his strategic vision that allowed him to clearly foresee future horizons; his ability to train and organize faithful and courageous human resources, strengthening the core of the resistance; and his success in mobilizing the full capacities of resistance-axis countries toward liberating occupied lands and restoring the dignity of oppressed nations.

Analyzing the roots of the intense hostility of global arrogance toward resistance commanders, Sheikh al-Daqaq noted that figures such as Soleimani, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, and other leaders were targeted for assassination precisely because they embodied a profound strategic and civilizational outlook—one that disrupted enemy calculations and shook the foundations of domination.

He emphasized the Qur’anic foundations of the resistance school, stating that the doctrine of Martyr Soleimani—rooted in strategic insight, human development, and loyalty to divine leadership—provides a clear roadmap for fulfilling the divine promise of victory for the resistance front against global arrogance.

Sheikh Hassan Ali al-Baghdadi, a member of Hezbollah’s Central Council, described martyrdom in the path of God or victory in battle as the two possible destinies for resistance fighters. He stressed that the loss of great martyrs such as Qassem Soleimani, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, Tavasoli, Hosseini, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, and Mohammad Abdulkarim Jamari has not diminished the determination of the resistance. The resistance, he said, will continue to defend its land, honor, and identity, and will strike the enemy where it least expects.

Al-Baghdadi added that the Zionist enemy sought to portray the martyrdom of resistance fighters as an “illusory victory” and an “imaginary achievement.” He emphasized that the United States and Israel attempted to regain through pressure and domination what they had lost on the battlefield. Their goals included creating a “new Middle East,” plundering regional wealth, toppling governments, dividing the region, and confronting Islam. Yet, in the end, it was the resistance that emerged victorious.
