Islamic unity is key to confronting enemy conspiracies

He said: “We thank Almighty God for granting the Islamic Ummah the honor of following the Messenger of God (PBUH), the Prophet of mercy—an Ummah that, through comprehensive thought and leadership, laid the foundations of the school of unity.”

He added that the unity emerging from these pure and foundational ideas has shaped the entire Islamic Ummah, stressing that Muslims today are living in highly sensitive circumstances.

This Sunni scholar noted that the enemy, with all its resources and capabilities, is fully present on the battlefield—attacking from land and air, and through cultural invasion seeking to fragment and divide the Islamic Ummah. Therefore, he said, unity under such pressures is an absolute necessity.

He reiterated that the school of Islam possesses a tremendous capacity to safeguard the unity and cohesion of the Ummah, and by bringing minds and hearts closer, it can cover weaknesses and strengthen solidarity.

He continued: 

“In today’s era, the issue is no longer about Shia and Sunni. All beliefs held by followers of Islam are valuable and worthy of respect. Thus, the convergence of different viewpoints and perspectives in guiding the Ummah toward unity and proximity is strongly emphasized by scholars, and especially by the Supreme Leader.”

In conclusion, he stressed that this wise and powerful leader, through his insightful and valuable guidance, has always outlined the roadmap for the Islamic Ummah—particularly for the Iranian nation. By emphasizing unity and proximity, he continues to lead the Islamic society, and Muslims must appreciate such a farsighted and noble leader.
